ImageMan 7.0 Compatibility with IE 6.0

I am researching an issue at our company, and ImageMan may be related. We are seeking more information. We currently use ImageMan 7.0.

The machine is a low-end test machine (dual Pentium Pro 200) with 256MB memory. It has NT 4.0 Workstation SP6a with ONLY IE 6.0 installed. (No other IE 6.0 patches are installed.)

We use the Personal Web Server on NT 4.0 Workstation (IIS 4.0). ImageMan is used in an ISAPI extension DLL to render some images for HTML pages served up by the Personal Web Server. Within 30 minutes or so, the images can no longer be rendered into the HTML pages by the extension DLL. In further testing we find that this problem does not occur on NT 4.0 Server, Win2K Professional, or Win2K Server.

As there are no other applications on this test machine, we were wondering if ImageMan is compatible in such a basic configuration. Is ImageMan sensitive to a specific set of DLLs? Hardware speed? Is there something we need to be aware of that may cause a problem in this configuration? The reason we are focusing on ImageMan is that we have a version of the same ISAPI extension DLL that uses GDI+, and it has been running for days with no problems yet. Of course, the GDI+ test may not be treating the problem; we may be changing the test variables to where the issue does not happen as often.
