FaxMan can receive fax, but can't send fax.

    FaxMan can receive fax, but can't send fax.

    We got a report from our customer said that their U.S. Robotics V.92 USR5637 56K USB Faxmodem can't send fax, but it could receive fax properly.

    They are using a windows 2000 server, and here is the logs:
