We are planning to buy FAxMan SDk PDf import Addon. So we are testing our application with optional PDF import addon. What we do is converting first JPG files into PDf files and then import it. But Fax failed. Kindly guide us what to do.. So we can buy licence for PDf import addon... Thanks Nilpesh

Can you tell us exactly what is failing ? If you mean the import is failing can you please email one of the problematic PDF files to support@data-tech.com so we can see whats happening.

 If its not the import thats failing can you please describe exactly whats happening and any error messages you are getting.

 

I have already mail. I have also attach original PDF and the resultant FAX file. The quality also has major problem.
