Hi,

Do anyone has experience of PDF file is not importing property?

I got an PDF file with double byte characters required to be sent as fax, however when we import it into FAXMAN's printer the image become corrupted. It seems the PDF import addon could not import double byte characters.

Any idea?

Can you send an example of one your PDF's that won't import to support@data-tech.com?  I'd like to test this out.

Hello,

Sorry for the delay, the file has been sent to the company that provides the PDF import support for us and they have been looking at the issue. I'll check with them again to see if they have any update. It may not be a quick fix depending on the issue though.
