When we receive images, the images contain black lines on documents in the fax in box

Some line noise may occur when faxing without error correction. Pls email us one of the files to support@data-tech.com along with information about how often the problem occurs and which version of FaxMan you are using as well as the modem type.

"KC,

At first glance and with the limited amount of information we have on hand at this time, it appears that there was an error condition that occured during the reception of these two faxes maybe due to line noise.  Line noise happens during fax operations all the time and there's nothing that our tools can do to prevent it or recover from it.  However, if your modem supports Class 2.1 then you have built in error correction that may help.

Do you only ever receive faxes with black lines like this or is this something that occurs every once in a while?  You can also attempt to double check your init string and other properties to make sure you have set up your modem and fax control properly.  Our documentation covers this fairly well."
