I am using FaxManJr, and for some modems (US Robotics in particular), I am having some trouble sending a fax.

Mostly everything works fine, a page gets sent 100%, but it seems like it's having difficulty receiving the EndOfPage signal. Because of this, I end up getting an Timeout while Sending/Receiving error. If the fax is being sent to a regular fax machine, the receipient will receive the fax, but if its being sent to a number that is linked to some kind of e-fax program, the receipient won't receive the fax.

 Any help on this problem would be appreciated.

Are you using the V 2.20 release ? There are some enhancements in that build to help resolve EOP issues with USR modems.

Nope, I was using the 2.10 version. I will try the 2.20 version and see how it works.

I tried version 2.20 but I am still having the same troubles. With US Robotics modems, I am getting a "Timeout During Send/Receive Error". With MultiTech modems I am getting a "No Response to Command" error.

With modems such as Conexant and Zoom we aren't having any problems as far as I can tell.

We initally upgraded to version 2.10 so that we could have our faxing feature work on Vista computers. Before that we were using version 1.70 and we weren't having trouble sending faxes with any of these modems.

I have no idea where to go from here. Any help would be appreciated.
