I have a problem to receive fax from the fax Machine RICOH FAX 3310 L E SUPER G3. I can receive regular fax from any other, I have a customer using this fax and any time send me a fax, always the fax is cut, not readable, sometime only first row. I ask to send me fax to another my normal fax machine and I can receive regularly any his faxes.
this is very strange since I can understand when i can't receive nothing or same from any fax machine, I receiving 10-12 fax everyday coming from any customers, but just only I get problems from this. I did several test, asking to resend more and more time but always with same bad result
I using a Mainpine express dual port fax card, with standard configuration to receive faxes and everything it's ok with all faxes, but not when I receive fax from the above fax machine RICOH FAX 3310 L E SUPER G3 !!!!
What I can do to solve this problem?.
