    Hi, I've installed faxman printer driver by following Command - C:\CLAIM\DLL\faxinstall.exe TIFFSVR C:\CLAIM\BIN\TIFFSVR.EXE PRTTIF C:\CLAIM\DLL and "C:\CLAIM\BIN\TIFFSVR.EXE" is an activeX exe in which I've supplied PrintFileName- This is working on Win-XP but not in Win-2003 server. Please reply if anybody have any idea how to fix this issue. Thanks Sunny

    Hi,

    First make sure you have the latest Version 3 install from the My Products page.

     

    If you still have an issue pls let us know. I assume the printer appears in the  printers folder in Win 2003 ?
