    General modem error

    Hi,

    We are using FAXMAN4 V4.4.4 Active X with XP, modem Multech MT5634ZPX.

    From time to time we are encountered the "General modem error" when trying to send a fax. The modem is working fine before, but suddenly, it comes out the error. In addition, it only can be resolved by restart the computer.

    What does it means "General modem error"?

    Hi,

    Thats a generic error that we didnt get an expected response. We would really need to see a debug log to see where you are getting the error. Pls email the logs to us at support@data-tech.com and we'll have a look at them.
