Hello,
I need for a support for faxman jr drivers.
I have used Faxman v4 printer control to delevop a virtual printer.
After its installation, it's impossible to print anything.
Using notepad, after selecting and printing on my virtual printer, the following message occurs:
"The handle is invalid".
Operating System:
The operation system is Windows 2003, enterprise 32bit.
Used Control: FaxMan Printer ActiveX Control, vers. 2.3.0.0
Developer tool: Visual Basic 6.0
Some attempts:
1) I tried to stop and start again Printer Spooler service, witout any results.
2) Selectig Start > Settings > Printers adn Faxes, I tried to select the virtual printer, to delete and to reinstall it, without any results.
Notes:
There is an application thate uses 'PrinteInstall' function of FaxMan Printer ActiveX Control to Install the printer. Its name is CONVSERVER.
I have already installed successfully the same software on other machine, with the same operating system. Everything went well and the printer works
properly!
The only difference between the two installations is that in the second one (the wrong one) CONVSERVER (the program that uses, loads and installs Faxman
drivers) was started as a service, while in the first installation (the correct one) the same program was started as an application.
Request:
My request is to receive deleteprn4 software to remove completely Faxman Jr drivers (after I will start again with a new installation).
