I'm trying to install FaxMan 2.0 Printer on a XP Home machine.  Below is the error that I got in the printer installation log:

What does that mean?  How do I get around this?

Thank you for the printer install log.

 Could you please check and see if these two files are in the

Windows\inf directory.

ntprint.inf

layout.inf

If these files are missing, or the files they point to

Windows\Driver Cache\I386

driver.cab or

sp2.cab

Then you will get the error you mentioned.

This error could also show up when the install is run from an account with limited rights, so please make sure you have admin rights on this machine.

I checked the client's machine and it has all the files that you mentioned.  The user is the system administrator.

I don't quite understand what you mean by "or the files they point to...".  Can you elaborate please?

What else could be wrong?
