Is it possible using the ImageMan Active X suite to effectively "merge" a newly scanned image with another image?  Basically what I'm looking to do is to create the equivalent of a watermark on each scan.  Actually, the ImageMan Demo PDF seems to do what I want to do by overlaying the Demo strip onto the scanned page.  That's what I want to do.

Yes, the ActiveX has a .Merge method that you can use to stamp an image on top of another. Look at the VB6 Merge sample application which illustrates doing this.
